Description: Event Registration Module .53. ZIP format:
* Added Mapping suppport(MapQuest,Yahoo & MultiMap) And address format is identical to that used in PostCalendar.
* Fixed bug in Admin Category List. Changed Details link to
point to the Event list for that category.
* Some bug-fixes related to PostNuke .750
* Bug-fix Admin Create Event & User Display event were missing
there close-table functions. Which caused the footer to end up
inside the module.
* Bug-fix Corrected the name used inside the modules to reflect
the correct case

* Fixed table close bug
* Added AM/PM selection to the time
* Added ability to change visibility of registered users.
(Allow standard users to see list of registered members)
* Added some missing definitions in language files, as well as deleted some redundant ones.

* Number of registrations for event now increased. It used to be 0 forever thus maximum number of regs
would never been reached and feature was useless.
* Bug Impossible to Delete Category fixed. Trivial typo in code.
* Currency for cost of event added.
* HTML code displayed in event descriptions field. It is allowed to use HTML while filling fields, thus
it seemed obvious to have it displayed when needed.
* Mapping improved to allow for extra-US locations. This needed to update database tables and some guessing
in code. In case something goes wrong with mapping, user would follow mapping service instructions to get
results.
* Support for Maporama mapping service added.
* Several typos here and there fixed.
* Italian language translation added.
* Documentation improved.
* Minor formatting changes for better display.
