I am proud to announce the release of EventReg 0.57

Thanks to all the users who contributed feedback, and all the people using it.

I ask that if you appreciate our work you donate to help pay for some of the hosting costs for this site. The yearly revenue from the Google ads is nowhere near the cost of hosting. And financial support will help the 2 developers working on it to be able to spend more time working on modules for you.

Ok people, Just giving you heads up. EventReg .57 is in beta stages (as has been for a while). Soon as I get some free time to do some upgrade testing I will release it to the general public.

At the moment it is available via CVS, just download a tarball off there http://cvs.silver-wolf.com

Thanks for all the support and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the updates that have been part of the EventReg experiance.

EventReg 0.56 Was released today!

Take a look at the downloads section
CHANGELOG:
* Removed registration phone number display from non-admins
* Added "My Registrations", available in module and in "My Account"
* Added capability to let users delete there registrations
* Added capability for admins to delete any registration
* Fixed bug with MD-PRO that wouldn't allow event creation
* Added location to be searched as well, copy updated file to enable
* Added Comments to registration view for admins
* Updated language defs for ENG/ITA (Thanks AlterEgo)
* Added SPA lang defs. (Thanks, sorry unable to find name)
* Added DAN language defs. (Thanks Jens Thomsen)
* Added button to add any event to postcalendar (Thanks the_lorax)

Event Registration: Status Update 11-18-2004

Alright, I noticed after I posted the message about my wife being in the hospital site participation & visits seemed to die down.

My wife is ok, she came home yesterday and is feeling much better, not back to normal yet so she is still taking it easy.

As far as EventReg goes, I am going to work on the few bugs that have been posted and see if theres anything else I can add/change. I am looking to see .56 before Thanksgiving. (Next Friday I believe)

So please continue to chat in the forums I will be a lot more active with the site from this point on. I look foreward to hearing from you, and will be looking at how I can improve the module.

Please post in the forums if you have any ideas/suggestions/bugs for any of my modules. Or the site for that matter :)

Event Registration: EventReg and Site Update 7-18-2004

Hey, It's been a little while since I have said anything, My wife has been in the hospital for 4 going on 5 days now... Hopefully she will be coming home today(it is 1am and well.. I'm hopin it will be today).

Along with haveing some issues with my ex and my children, I won't go into details but any prayers you would be nice enough to offer up would be appreciated.

I modified a bug in the PrayerPost module downloads, and made a quick change to it I Will get that posted later this week as well and put a notice about it here. It will work with PN .750, it has not worked for me since I upgraded.

With that said I have not had a lot of time to be online to test things out, I have setup a local test machine on my laptop which I have been working on as I have had opportunities during the past few days, and I am happy to make a few announcements.

Sometime within the next week I will release an updated version of the Event Registration module. The release # will be 0.54. I have added a few things to it and fixed a bug or two.

Event Registration: PNINIT Fix...

Hey, I feel really bad, please forgive me for all the pninit issues, I will do a lot more testing before I make another release.

I hope this did not completly disourage everyone from using the module in the future...

Event Registration: Sorry! -- EventReg Update

A Few bugs were discovered with the release of EventReg .53...

On clean installs the code to build the main event table was missing from the pninit file. This has been fixed.
I also added code to "Drop" any existing tables on a clean install.

On my site uninstalling the module worked fine as well, please let me know if you have any troubles with this. Post a message in the forums and I will try to get some more info for troubleshooting.

The downloads have been updated with the fixes, feel free to re-download the installs.

Event Reg .53 Has been released an excerpt from the changelog:

EventReg Release .53
* Added Mapping suppport(MapQuest,Yahoo & MultiMap) And address format is identical to that used in PostCalendar.
* Fixed bug in Admin Category List. Changed Details link to
point to the Event list for that category.
* Some bug-fixes related to PostNuke .750
* Bug-fix Admin Create Event & User Display event were missing
there close-table functions. Which caused the footer to end up
inside the module.
* Bug-fix Corrected the name used inside the modules to reflect
the correct case
* Options in the Admin Config are working.
